What data we process
When you book (via salonized) or fill in the intake form, we process your name, contact details and the health details you provide yourself, insofar as they are needed to treat you safely. We only process health details with your explicit consent, which you give in the intake form. We never sell data and only share it with the systems needed to process your appointment.
How long we keep data
We keep your treatment file with intake details for 5 years after your last treatment, after which it is deleted automatically, unless the law requires otherwise. You can always request access or deletion via hallo@onyxlashstudio.nl.
Cookies and statistics
This site only uses statistics cookies if you give consent. Without consent, no measurement scripts are loaded.
Photos
We only use photos of treatments in our portfolio or on social media if you gave explicit consent during the intake. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
